Matt brings over 20 years of hands-on building experience and a love for creating quality homes. Gemma brings the vision, connection, and drive to make property work for people, not against them.
We’ve seen both sides of the property world - the stress landlords face when things go wrong, and the struggle investors face trying to find genuine opportunities. That’s why we started Format Group: to connect the two.
