Our Story
We met in London, each already on our own independent path. Matt had been running his own construction business for years, and Gemma was travelling solo when our paths crossed.
Since then, we’ve built a life together, two daughters, a dog, and a growing portfolio of buy-to-let homes in the North of England.
Matt brings over 20 years of hands-on experience and a love for building things that last. Gemma brings the planning, vision, and a deep sense of purpose rooted in family and freedom. Property is our work - but it’s also how we’re shaping the life we want to live.
